EASY WANDERLINGS

EASY WANDERLINGSEASY WANDERLINGSEASY WANDERLINGS

Since forming in 2015, Easy Wanderlings have quietly become one of India's defining independent acts, building a distinctive sonic world rooted in introspection, travel, and human connection.

For the first two years, the band remained

anonymous, never revealing their faces or even their names, choosing instead to let the songs speak for themselves. The mystery wasn't a marketing strategy,

but a conscious decision to ensure the music, rather than the people behind it, became the band's identity.

The ease with which the eight members found one another in 2015 felt almost serendipitous, inspiring the title of their debut album, As Written in the

Stars.

The group's latest Soul-Funk EP 'Caught in a Parade' was rated as the Best Indian EP of 2022 by Rolling Stone Magazine, calling it "Celestial...with heartfelt sections, captivating songwriting and clever production nuances."

The band announced their new album with the releases of it's single Mellow in collaboration with singer-songwriter Mali. The album is expected to be out in 2027.

As a touring artist, the Easy Wanderlings have performed at all major corners of India and in major music festivals such as Lollapalooza (2023), Bacardi Nh7 Weekender(2022), Vh1 Supersonic(2018), Echoes of the Earth and Ziro Music Festival. Earlier this year they opened for Tinariwen, and The Lumineers.

They have toured in the UK, Berlin and Paris; having performed at iconic venues such as The Garage in London and O2 Academy3 in Birmingham. They were also invited to perform at SXSW Music Festival 2020 in Austin, Texas.

The narrative of social change is integral to the band's ethos
